The service

unfol.de provides hosted portfolio websites for visual artists — photographers, illustrators, designers, and other creatives. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and choose a secure password (minimum 8 characters). You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. One account corresponds to one portfolio site.

Plans and billing

• The Free plan is free of charge, with usage limits (projects, pages, storage).
• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe. Prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
• You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your billing dashboard. Changes take effect immediately; unused time is credited.
• If payment fails, your account enters a grace period. After continued failure, your plan may be downgraded to Free.

Your content

You retain full ownership of everything you upload — images, videos, text, and other media. By using the service, you grant WORLDTOWN a limited license to host, display, and serve your content as part of your portfolio. This license ends when you delete the content or your account.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish. You must not upload content that is illegal, infringes on third-party rights, or promotes hatred or violence.

Availability

We strive to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee any specific uptime. Maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary interruptions. We will not be liable for any loss resulting from service unavailability.

Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. All your data will be permanently removed.
• WORLDTOWN reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice for serious violations.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, WORLDTOWN's liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or revenue.

Self-hosting

The unfol.de source code is available under its own open-source license. These terms apply exclusively to the hosted service at unfol.de and its subdomains. Self-hosted instances are governed by the software license, not these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Bayonne, France.
